Atom Air ceiling fans include up to 4 years in-home warranty, plus an additional 2 years return-to-base warranty (up to 6 years total, model dependent).
Selected Atom Air bathroom heaters include a 3-year in-home warranty.
Where applicable, in-home coverage includes attendance by a qualified electrician for eligible product faults.
Atom Air exhaust fans are covered by a 3-year return-to-base warranty.
In-home service is available within Australia and subject to service coverage availability at the time a claim is lodged.

What’s covered under the Atom Air In-Home Warranty?
Eligible Atom Air ceiling fans and selected bathroom heaters, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions here.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes. Coverage depends on product type, installation, usage conditions and location. Full details are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
Exhaust fans, LED lamps, IR heat lamps and heat tubes are not covered by the Atom Air In-Home warranty.
How do I make a claim?
Use the “Make a claim” button to lodge your details. You’ll need proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the fault (photos help).

Atom Air Warranty effective from 1 April 2023.
Submitting a claim does not automatically mean the issue is covered. All claims are assessed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions before any service is arranged.
