Confirm your product type and applicable warranty period below.
Refer to your product page for model-specific coverage where required.

Step 2: Follow the correct claims process

Standard Return to Base Warranty

Most Atom products are covered by a standard return-to-base warranty.

Contact your place of purchase to initiate the claim.
Provide proof of purchase and product details.
The wholesaler or retailer will manage the return process.

Atom VIP On-Site Warranty (Selected Products Only)

Selected Atom lighting products are eligible for Atom VIP on-site warranty support.

Where applicable:

VIP coverage includes a defined on-site service period.
Eligibility is assessed at the time of claim.
On-site service is subject to product eligibility, coverage area, and claim approval.
After the VIP on-site service period ends, the product continues under the standard return-to-base warranty for the remainder of the warranty term.

If your product is eligible for on-site support, you can lodge a service request via our appointed warranty partner.

Atom Air In-Home Warranty

Atom Air ceiling fans and bathroom heaters are covered by a dedicated in-home warranty program.

Ceiling fans: 4 years (domestic use)
Bathroom heaters: 3 years
Includes electrician attendance where applicable, so homeowners are not out of pocket in the event of a product fault.
