Atom VIP On-Site Warranty (Selected Products Only)
Selected Atom lighting products are eligible for Atom VIP on-site warranty support.
Where applicable:
- VIP coverage includes a defined on-site service period.
- Eligibility is assessed at the time of claim.
- On-site service is subject to product eligibility, coverage area, and claim approval.
- After the VIP on-site service period ends, the product continues under the standard return-to-base warranty for the remainder of the warranty term.
