As an Atom VIP member, you’ll be eligible for our VIP Warranty. This provides up to 5 years on extended parts, plus an exclusive onsite warranty of up to 2 years on selected products.*

What’s covered in the VIP Warranty?

For selected products, the VIP program provides an extended parts warranty of up to 3 years, and an onsite warranty of up to 2 years, for a total extended warranty of 5 years.*

Whichever occurs first:

  1. The warranty period listed on Atom Product List, or
  2. The stated period of total and daily operating hours that is equivalent to the product’s rated operational lifetime.

Up to a maximum of 5 years from date of purchase.

How is this different to your usual Warranty?

Our regular Commercial and Domestic Warranties are Back to Base only. The VIP Warranty provides an additional warranty period and an onsite warranty on selected products.

How do I know which products are covered?

Each product has a warranty section at the bottom right of its product page. This will show VIP Warranty eligibility.

How do I become eligible?

Simply complete and submit the VIP Membership form below.

Are there any exclusions?

Yes. Our VIP warranty covers only specific Atom products, with geographic exclusions for onsite claims. For details of geographic locations covered for an onsite claim, refer to our  T&Cs here.
