Backing the trade: Warranty upgrades for Atom Air and Atom Lighting

At Atom, our goal has always been simple: deliver affordable quality that trade professionals can trust on the job.

We know reliability and manufacturer support matter to you and your customers. That’s why we’re taking our bathroom range warranties to the next level, while bringing Atom Lighting sensors and accessories in line with the rest of the Atom Lighting family.

We’ve significantly upgraded coverage across all Exhaust Fans and Bathroom Heaters to offer some of the strongest support in the market.

• Exhaust fans: up from a 3-year return-to-base warranty to 5 years return to base. 
• Bathroom heaters: up from 3 years on site to 5 years total, with the first 3 years on site.
• Atom Air accessories and controllers: up from 3 years on remotes and 1 year on accessories to 5 years total, with the first 2 years on site.
• Atom Lighting sensors, strip extrusions and accessories: up from 3 years on sensors and extrusions and 1 year on accessories to 5-years total, with the first 2 years on site. This matches the rest of the Atom Lighting range.

There’s no sign up or registration required, all products purchased from the 1st of July 2026 onwards receives the upgraded coverage.
